Reading Terminal Market
You will be responsible for greeting customers, answering their questions, taking orders, and preparing and serving our delicious cookies. You should be friendly, outgoing, and have a passion for customer service.
East Falls Bakery
You will be responsible for fulfilling orders for Retail, Wholesale, Corporate and E-commerce. This includes traying up cookie pucks and baking them, packaging cookies in appropriate boxes, trays, or containers. Other duties include keeping station and refrigerator fully stocked, meeting daily pickup deadlines, decorating cookie cakes with icing, preparing dipped cookies, and cleaning at the end of the day.
