The Ronald McDonald House in Philadelphia – the first Ronald McDonald House in the world – is turning 50 this year. To celebrate, the Famous 4th Street Cookie Company will be selling a signature cookie and you are invited to help us choose! On Wednesday, March 6th, at 8:30 AM, a taste-off of three unique cookie flavors will be held at the Ronald McDonald House on Chestnut Street. The flavors include: Chocolate Oatmeal, Rainbow M&M, and a Red & Yellow Sugar Cookie Guest families, volunteers, staff, and friends of the Ronald McDonald House will vote to select their official 50th Anniversary Cookie! The winning flavor will be rolled out in Famous 4th Street Cookie Company stores and online, with proceeds benefiting the Ronald McDonald House's programs. Rainbow M&M is the Ronald McDonald House 50th Anniversary Cookie!  The proceeds from this cookie will go to the Ronald McDonald House! Customers can order this cookie online and at the Reading Terminal Market. This cookie is also available in the Ronald McDonald House Box – proceeds of which will also go to the Ronald McDonald House! 

Winning Cookie of the Baking Competition will be featured as a Famous Cookie in April to celebrate World Wish Month. We are thrilled to announce that The Famous 4th Street Cookie Company is hosting a Kids Baking Competition on March 20th to support Make-A-Wish Philadelphia, Delaware & Susquehanna Valley. This event will be a great opportunity to help grant the wish of a deserving child while enjoying some delicious treats! We are excited to have Blakelyn, one of the talented young bakers and a Make-A-Wish recipient, as a finalist in the competition. Blakelyn’s wish is to be a part of a Baking Competition. Her S'mores Cookie will be going head to head with two other kid bakers to see who will come out on top and have their cookie become famous.
